Staff Carers’ Network
If you're a carer, the Staff Carers Network provides information, advice, support, and guidance on your carer rights. Come and speak to us at one of the Carers Cafe we run every Thursday (2:30pm to 4pm) at the Springs Restaurant. Mum's Cafe
Are you a new mum? Going on Maternity? on Maternity? Wanting to build a connection with your peers? Peer supporters just mean mums helping mums.
Born out of a unique need for support throughout the monumental change that is motherhood. The Mum’s Café provides a community for women to meet, laugh, learn, discuss, and ultimately build supportive authentic relationships.
Join us for a drop in session : The Last Wednesday of Every Month, between 10-11.30 am in Springs Function Room. Coffee, tea and cake provided.
