The Ability Confident Network aims to transform the Trust's approach to disability, neurodiversity, and long-term conditions within its workforce, focusing on recruitment, retention, and development practices.

The LGBTQ Alliance strives to create a workplace culture where LGBTQ+ staff feel welcomed in the hospital; to create a community of LGBTQ+ professionals; and to educate members of staff about how best to support their LGBTQ+ colleagues.
